A 'Tone Matched' preset modeled after Mr. Young's Live tone from his 'Crazy Horse' era. More specifically the 'Weld' Live album.
Now available in multiple versions. For 'High Output Humbucker Pickups' (the original version), 'Medium Output Humbucker Pickups', and 'Low Output Humbucker Pickups'.
Created on an 'Axe-Fx III' and an 'Ernie Ball Music Man' 'Axis' guitar with stock 'Humbucker' pickups through a 20-ft long cable.
This was modeled after Mr. Young's Live tone from his 'Crazy Horse' era. More specifically the 'Weld' Live album.
Now available in three different versions. For 'High Output Humbucker Pickups' (the original version), 'Medium Output Humbucker Pickups', and 'Low Output Humbucker Pickups'.
Try all three versions to see which one works best for you. You can also mix and match them to work with multiple guitars.
Any included 'Custom' IRs should be imported into the same 'User Cab' slot(s) (if currently unused) listed below. If the 'User Cab' slot(s) are being used in your unit, you can use any other slot(s) that you wish. But you must go to the Cab block(s) in the preset and set them to use the new slots that you are now using.
Cab block #1 'A' (Cab 1 'L') uses the 'Young-Live (Moke)' IR....('User Bank 2' slot #684)
Includes Two versions of the preset.
One Preset with 2 'External Controllers'........
External #1...Wah w/auto engage at 95%.
External #2...Overall volume (Vol/Pan 1)
One Preset with (nec) added to the name with 'No External Controllers' for ease of use.
Scenes are arranged in a 'Clean to Mean' configuration.
Scene #1....Rhythm Tone. (lowest gain)
Scene #2....Rhythm Tone. (medium gain)
Scene #3....Rhythm Tone. (more gain and adds a lower octave for 'Hey Hey, My My' )
Scene #4....Solo. (most gain, volume boost, and Delay)
Scenes #5 through #8 are not used.
